3 cups flour OR 2-1/2 cups flour and ½ cup almond meal (Trader Joe’s)
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
2 t. soda
1 t. salt
2 cups water
¾ cup canola oil
2 t. almond extract
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 pkg semisweet chocolate chips
Directions: Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add everything but chocolate chips and beat 3 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
